Purple Slaw : Whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Add cabbage, carrot and green onion; toss well.Lightly toast 2 slices of bread. Spread both slices of bread with hummus. Top 1 slice of bread with lettuce, chicken, avocado and slaw. Cap with remaining bread.
