Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).In a saucepan, mix milk, tapioca, sundried raisins and sugar together and cook on low, stirring constantly, until mixture is steaming. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 10 minutes.Whisk in remaining ingredients briskly. Pour into a lightly greased dish (8 po. x 8 po. / 20 cm x 20 cm).Cover and set dish in a pan of hot water. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.Let stand until completely cook before cutting into squares.
