Preheat the BBQ.Spice steaks Montreal Steak Irresistibles spices.Grill the steaks on the bbq grill.For the butter with garlic, coriander and lemon: in a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together.Place the butter on transparent paper and roll up to make a small cylinder.Place the butter in the refrigerator.Cut the butter into slices at the time of serving and place on the hot steak.For the salsa: in a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.Serve salsa on half of the steak.
