Preheat oven to 400°F.
Peel and cut potatoes into quarters.
In a large bowl, combine Cajun spices with thyme leaves and 2/3 of the oil and add salt.
Add the potatoes to the bowl and stir to coat well.
Put the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook the fries for 25 minutes in the oven, until they are golden and crispy.
Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Preheat the grilling pan or BBQ.
Sprinkle steaks with remaining oil and the steak spice.
Press lightly so that the spices adhere to the meat.
Add salt and pepper as needed.
In an oiled grilling pan or BBQ, cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side (or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F for medium).
Serve with fries and broccoli.
