    (4x120 g)
    fresh chicken legs
  • spicy marinade:

  • 2 Tbsp.
    (30 mL)
    ketchup
  • 1
    chopped clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup
    (80 mL)
    extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    white granulated sugar
  • 1
    pinch of ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
