Pour some maple flakes onto a small bowl and the simple syrup onto an other. Soak the lip of a glass into the simple syrup and than into the maple flakes.Pour all the ingredients into a shaker except the sparkling maple wine.Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously.Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes.Top up with the sparkling maple wine.Garnish with the thyme sprig.Source: 1 ou 2 Cocktails

Preparation
