Dissolve sugar in vinegar. Add oil and coriander. Pour marinade over shrimp and refrigerate for 1 hour.Open and pit litchis. Set aside.Peel, stone and cube mango.Make up brochettes, alternating mango, shrimp and litchis. Cook 2 minutes per side in a medium-hot BBQ over indirect heat.

    rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp.
    (10 mL)
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    chopped fresh coriander
