In a cup, blend cornstarch with a little water. Set aside.In a saucepan, boil water, sugar and raspberries and stir for 5 minutes.Stir in cornstarch diluted and boil for 2 minutes, stirring.Remove from heat and let cool.Skip to blender until smooth. Sift (optional). Set aside.
