Preheat oven 400°F.
Place one thawed Selections Puff Pastry sheet on a sheet of parchment paper and lightly roll with a rolling pin.
Lightly score another square about 1 cm in from the edge with a sharp knife or pastry wheel. Pierce the pastry sheet within the scored square with a fork. Set aside in the fridge while preparing fruit.
Thinly slice the plums and fan out and add the blueberries. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons brown sugar. Brush the egg wash on the top edges. Bake for 15-17 minutes until the edges turn golden and puffy.
Serve as is or sprinkle some icing sugar.
Preparing mini squares:
Cut the sheet into 9 rectangles and follow the same instructions for a single sheet puff pastry. Bake 14-15 minutes.
