Heat the oven to 350°F / 175°C.Cook the macaroni in boiling water until soft.Drain and set aside.Mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk and onion.Pepper.Bring to a boil and add 3/4 cup (180 mL) of cheese.Mix well.Add it to the macaroni, pour into an oven dish, and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.Cook for 20 minutes.Turn the oven setting to "broil" and cook until golden brown, for 2 to 3 minutes.
