In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup (60 mL) fruit juice to gelatin. Let stand 5 minutes to moisten and separate. Meanwhile, heat maple syrup in a saucepan.Add gelatin to syrup, stirring until completely dissolved.Stir in remaining juice and pour into mould. Refrigerate until set.Cut into cubes and serve in sherbet glasses. Decorate with fruit.
