Preheat the oven at 350° F (180°C).In a saucepan, heat 1 Tbsp. (15 mL) of butter over medium-high heat.Add the chicken drumsticks, season and color them on each sides.Remove the drumsticks and reserve.In the same saucepan, melt the remaining butter over medium heat.Add the pieces of apples.When they are nicely browned, remove and reserve on a plate.Put the drumsticks back in the saucepan and place the apples on top of them.Cook in the oven for 45 minutes or until the drumsticks are fully cooked.In the meantime, prepare the sauce in a saucepot by combining, the apple cider, the honey, mustard, cider vinegar, the soya sauce and the lime juice.Cook over medium-low heat for about 12 to 15 minutes or until the sauce is thick and syrupy.When the chicken is cooked, remove from the oven and combine it in a bowl with the apples and the sauce.Add the sesame seeds and coat well.Serve immediately.
