Granola:Mix the muesli with 1/4 cup (60 mL) of maple syrup or honey or 1/3 cup (85 mL) of date paste.Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Cook in the oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 30 minutes or until the granola is golden.Tip:Pick your favourite ingredients and keep them fresh in an airtight container. To give your cereal a slightly roasted taste, heat them in a non-stick pan until golden. Let them cool before mixing them with the other ingredients.
