Preheat oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment.Combine Parmesan, coconut, seed blend, rosemary and thyme in a medium bowl.Sprinkle 2/3 of mixture evenly on baking sheet. Layer CRISPERS evenly on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese mix.Bake for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is light golden. Let cool completely before breaking up to serve. Store leftovers at room temperature in an airtight container.
