In saucepan, mix teriyaki sauce, oil and sugar; bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.Remove from heat and add water. Let cool for 2 minutes. Serve with Gyozas. This sauce will keep, refrigerated, for up to three weeks.
