Skewers:
Preheat BBQ, setting burners on high.
Make skewers by cutting salmon into 2” (5 cm) pieces and thread onto bamboo skewers.
Place in fridge until ready to cook.
Yogurt and feta sauce:
Place all ingredients in a food processor bowl and blend until smooth.
Place in fridge.
Grilled vegetables:
Place vegetables in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and sprinkle with oregano.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix until all vegetables are coated.
Put aside until ready to cook salmon.
Cook salmon skewers and vegetables over high heat for about 15 minutes.
To serve, place grilled vegetables on a plate and add salmon skewer in the middle.
Coat salmon with yogurt sauce.
