In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk.Arrange slices of cheese and apple on 2 slices of raisin bread and cover with the remaining 2 slices of bread. Press each sandwich to flatten slightly.Carefully dip both sides of sandwiches in egg mixture and let them soak up mixture.Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and melt butter. Grill sandwiches for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden.

Preparation
