In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.Brown shallots with dry mustard 2 minutes.Add cranberries, sugar and boiling water.Cook over low heat 15 to 20 minutes.Add juice and zest of clementines. Continue cooking 5 minutes, medium heat.You may add the orange liqueur with the clementines.
