Line a 4-cup (1-L) 2-in (5-cm) deep rectangular pan with plastic wrap.Cover the bottom of the mould with ladyfingers; add 1 cup (250 mL) ice cream and spread evenly.Add fruit and cover with the rest of the ice cream.Mix whipped cream with maple syrup; spread on ice cream and top with pecans.Cover with plastic wrap; freeze about 2 hours.
