Cut a thin slice off the bottom of each cantaloupe half so they stand without tipping.
Heat fruit juice and bloomed gelatine for two minutes, then stir.
Divide raspberries and blueberries evenly between the two cantaloupe halves.
Pour heated fruit juice and gelatin evenly over the fruit.
Refrigerate for about 5 hours.
Cut the two halves into four wedges each, making eight wedges in all.
