Cut off the top of the loaf and hollow out the bread.Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of the loaf.Garnish with layers of ham, turkey, tomato, prosciutto, salami, capicollo, cheese, onion, pickles and lettuce.Spread mayonnaise on the top of the loaf.Replace the top of the loaf and cut the sandwich.
