Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.Peel and core apples.Arrange apples in a baking dish.Mix butter, brown sugar and pecans together.Stuff apple cores with this mixture.Sprinkle apples with cloves and cinnamon.Pour wine into baking dish.Bake 30 minutes or until apples are cooked.Serve warm or cold.
