(23-cm) springform pan. Set aside.Filling :In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar.Add egg and vanilla, mixing until smooth and creamy. Stir in apples.Pour into lined pan and sprinkle with almonds and cinnamon.Bake 55 minutes. Cool before removing from pan.
