Moi Rewards is an instant rewards program at checkout. The terms of the program are as follows:
$3 spent on the invoice (before taxes) = 1 point (1) earned (2)
125 points = $1 in cash rewards
Online enrollment must be completed to take advantage of program benefits, including the option to instantly redeem points at checkout
It is not mandatory to redeem all your points to pay for a purchase
The digital card on the app is always accessible and can be used at all participating stores
A minimum of 500 points ($4) is required to redeem your points when paying your bill
(1) Not applicable at Food Basics, which is a discount stores.
(2) Upon presentation of the moi card, the allocation of points is calculated on the total amount, before taxes, and excludes the products ineligible products listed in the terms and conditions of the program.
You start earning points* as soon as you make your first purchase with your new card. To redeem them, you must complete your online enrollment and earn a minimum of 500 points. You can redeem them at any participating store to save on your shopping bill.

No. Your login identifier (email and password) is essentially linked to the secure login page you are redirected to when you log in to your customer account at a participating store (Metro and Food Basics). You join the Moi Rewards program yourself, by creating your account and adding your card.
There are two ways to join the Moi Rewards program:
Online by visiting moirewards.ca or via the app of your favourite participating banner (food or pharmacy)
In-store. You’ll be requested to supply a phone number or email address, and a card will be provided to you. You will then need to complete your enrollment by visiting moiprogram.ca or via the app and link your card to your account using the instructions you will receive by text message or email.

*Exclusive offer for new members of Moi Rewards who join until October 31, 2025, and create their Moi account on moirewards.ca no later than four weeks following the first use of the Moi card in store. One 250 bonus points-coupon per member. Once their enrollment is completed, members can add the 250-bonus-point coupon to their Moi card by logging into their account or by downloading the My Metro, Food Basics, Jean Coutu & Moi, Super C, and Brunet & Moi mobile app. There may be a one-hour delay before the coupon appears in the account. The coupon will be available on moirewards.ca and in the mobile app of the chosen banner for four weeks following the first use of the Moi card.
